Your whole fleet

Every truck. One live board.

Straight from your Samsara account, refreshed every 30 seconds.

Around the clock

One of them won’t make it.

LanePing checks every load against its appointment, even at 3 AM.

Hours ahead

Dispatch knows first.

The alert hits the board long before the broker picks up the phone.

Know before the broker calls.

Built for the problems dispatch deals with every day

Each part of LanePing answers a question your dispatchers ask a dozen times a shift.

“The broker called before we knew.”

Late loads turn red hours ahead

Every load is checked against its appointment or time window around the clock, with the right time zone for each stop. At risk and late show before the appointment, not after.

“How far is he from the pickup?”

Miles and ETA to the next stop

Before a load is marked Loaded, the board tracks the truck to the shipper. Once it is loaded, it switches to each delivery in turn, recalculated as the truck moves.

“The map says Illinois. He's in Ohio.”

Bad GPS is never passed off as real

Trucks whose box stopped reporting turn gray instead of looking parked. If Samsara lists a unit number twice, loads stay on the one with live GPS automatically.

“Who's closest to this load?”

Find the nearest empty truck

Type a pickup address and get your empty trucks ranked by road miles. The truck list is grouped by empty and loaded, sorted by unit number.

“We never bill detention.”

Detention with proof, and the invoice

Arrival and departure at every stop are logged from GPS. When free time runs out the clock starts, and a ready-to-send invoice is built for the broker.

“Typing in rate cons takes forever.”

Upload a rate con, the load fills itself

Drop in the PDF, a photo or the email chain. AI reads the stops, times, windows and broker, and fills the New Load form for your dispatcher to check.

One load, start to finish

1 · Heading to pickup

Empty truck, miles and ETA to the shipper. On time, at risk or late for pickup.

2 · At the shipper

Arrival is logged automatically. A popup and sound tell dispatch the truck is there.

3 · Loaded and rolling

Tick Loaded and tracking moves to the delivery, with alerts if the truck falls behind or stops while late.

4 · Delivered

Marked done on arrival. Any detention is on record with times, ready to bill.

Questions

We already pay for Samsara. Why this?

Samsara shows where trucks are. LanePing checks every load against its appointment and tells dispatch who will be late, before it happens.

Is our data private?

Every company gets its own separate site and login. Your trucks, loads and brokers are never shared with anyone.

We're not on Samsara.

Tell us your ELD when you book a demo. Other providers can be connected; we'll confirm the timeline on the call.

Do drivers need to do anything?

No. Everything comes from the ELD that is already in the truck. Nothing new for drivers to install or learn.
